Our community is experiencing washouts and flooding in multiple locations due to spring thaw and recent rainfall, with more in the forecast. Our Public Works crew is monitoring conditions and addressing the most highly impacted areas first. We also rely on residents to help us spot issues early.

We also want to share a quick update on the Lions Boardwalk. It’s a well‑loved community space, and we are looking forward to preparing it for the season. At this time, it has not been fully maintained due to spring conditions, so please use at your own risk. Summer maintenance will begin as soon as the weather allows, and we appreciate your patience as we transition into the warmer months.
