Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus, their elves and even the Grinch come together on Mirror Bay to put on one fabulous Waterski Show in support of the Kearney Lions Club Food Drive. Join us on Saturday November 7th, 2026 to celebrate the 10th Year Anniversary!
We're now accepting vendor applications for the first-ever Santa’s Market, taking place in the Seniors Room at the Kearney Community Centre as part of the 10th Annual Santa Claus Charity Ski Show. Local makers, artisans, small businesses and vendors are invited to apply to be part of this festive new addition to the celebration!
Kearney Dog Sled Races
An annual winter tradition for over 30 years, the races draw mushers and teams from all over the world. Kearney hosts more than 70 competitive and novice mushers. The event takes place usually the second weekend in February. Race weekend for 2026 will be February 7th and February 8th!
Creative Changes Art Show
Showcasing the talents of the Almaguin Highlands, with unique works of arts and crafts from photography, paintings, pottery, jewelry and sculptures. The annual Art Show takes place the first weekend in July.
Kearney Regatta
The Summer Regatta has been a long standing tradition in Kearney for over 100 years and takes place on the Civic Holiday weekend in August. Some festivities include: Water Sports, Vendor Market, Kids Sports, Canoe Races, Parade, the beautiful Fireworks display and so much more!
