Kearney Fire & Emergency Services, partnered with The Town of Kearney are both pleased to announce the introduction of a new emergency alerting system to help keep our community safe and informed!
CodeRED is our community’s new official emergency notification system, designed to keep residents and businesses informed and safe during urgent situations. This system allows authorized public safety officials to quickly send alerts via phone call, text message, email, and more—reaching thousands of people within minutes.
Don’t wait for an emergency to happen. Signing up for CodeRED takes just a few minutes, but it can make all the difference in an emergency. Stay informed. Stay safe. Stay connected.
For any questions or interest in signing up, please drop into the fire station and speak to Fire Chief, Paul Schaefer. Additionally, you may drop into the town office and ask a representative. Thank you to everyone for helping keep our ‘Biggest Little Town’ safe!
