  • Are there restrictions on noise? Quiet hours are in effect from 11:00pm-7:00am. Read the Town's Noise by-law here
  • Do I need a permit for renovations or construction? Many structural changes require permits; check the Building Department section for details.
  • Do I require a fire permit in the Town of Kearney ? Fire Permits are required from April 1st to October 31st. Anyone burning without a permit may be subject to fines.
