Steps for Using Interactive Map

  1. Find an Address (blue bar at the top of the page)
  2. Search your street from the dropdown menu
  3. Look for the civic/911 address 
  4. In the "Layers" panel on the right side of the page, check the box labeled “Zoning By-law 2022” to display the property’s colour-coded zoning
  5. Use the drop‑down arrow next to “Zoning By-law 2022” to open the full colour legend
  6. Once the zoning for the property has been identified, consult the corresponding section of the Comprehensive Zoning By-law to review the permitted uses and any special provisions applicable to that zone
