Ways to Donate
The Kearney Regatta is truly a community celebration, and it wouldn’t be possible without the support of generous residents, businesses, and organizations. Every contribution plays a meaningful role in bringing this much anticipated weekend to life. If you’re looking for a way to give back to your community or just be part of something special, we invite you to consider one of the following ways to support the Regatta:
- Cash Donations
Help fund major event features, such as the Sunday night fireworks! Accepted payment methods include:- Cash
- Cheque - Payable to "The Town of Kearney:
- Debit/Credit - Credit card payments are subject to a 2% transaction fee

Etransfer - To donate via e-transfer, please send your contribution to payment@townofkearney.ca. Use Kearney as the answer to the security question. In the memo section, be sure to include your full name, mailing address, and indicate that the donation is for the Lions Pavilion Project.
Donors will be suitably recognized (if they so choose) on the Town of Kearney website and Regatta social media accounts. Tax Receipts will be issued for donations over $100 by the Town of Kearney. Please note: Receipts cannot be issued without both the donor's name and mailing address.
- Prize Donations
Donate items or gift certificates for use in contests, raffles, and competitions held throughout the weekend. - Professional Services
Contribute your expertise—such as photography, videography, security, or first aid services—to enhance the overall quality of the event. - Entertainment & Performer Contributions
Help bring the Regatta to life by offering your talents as a performer or entertainer. We welcome contributions such as balloon artists, street performers, or interactive entertainers who are looking to provide engaging experiences for attendees throughout the weekend. - Volunteer Support Items
Provide items like sunscreen, or water bottles for volunteers to ensure their comfort and visibility during the event.
