Born and raised in Huntsville, Ontario, Alexis Taylor is a country singer-songwriter with music in her blood, inspired early on by her musical parents. After a formative trip to Nashville, she relocated to pursue her career, launching internationally in 2016 with a Scandinavian tour opening for Doug Seegers.
Since releasing her debut single in 2018, Alexis has performed at major events like Canadian Music Week and CMA Fest, and shared stages with artists including the Marshall Tucker Band, Love and Theft, and Meghan Patrick. Her talent has earned her multiple awards, including Female Vocalist of the Year (2018 Tennessee Music Awards) and Modern Country Vocalist of the Year (2020 and 2021 Josie Music Awards).
Her 2021 album Ain’t No Quittin’ You featured tracks that reached #15 on SiriusXM Canada. In 2024, she released the powerful single “Seeing Ghosts,” praised for its emotional depth and storytelling. Heading into 2025, Alexis continues to build momentum as she returns to the studio, evolving her sound and solidifying her place as a rising voice in country music.
